I can help

Expert:  StructuralEng replied 2 years ago.

I can give you the load in pounds per linear foot. Will it support any ceramic tile? I need to know the deflection limit.

The capacity will not be much. The beam is too shallow for the span

Customer: replied 2 years ago.
No known ceramic flooring involved that I know of. Deflection .625" would be acceptable. Thanks - Ernest H.
Expert:  StructuralEng replied 2 years ago.

It can only support 260 pounds per linear foot with that deflection limit

Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Using the same span of 25' what would the customer gain with using a 10W45?
Expert:  StructuralEng replied 2 years ago.

510 pounds per linear foot
