Customer Question

I have. a small 10x24x6 ft basement, built circa 1930. Previous owners let water drain from improper gutter installment, improper lawn spigot placed (and leaking), and old cement window well leakage thru window. This weakended 3 of the 4 basement walls, caused flooding, cracks, bulging.
Someone then built a 3 ton (brick and cement) retaining wall against the crumbling one on the inside--the floor joists are being held up by house jacks.
Best way to proceed?? Would building walkout door give access to the crumbling foundation wall to allow reinforcement? What next?
I already relocated the spigot and installed new gutters...we've had 7 solid weeks of rain and all 3 walls are flooded down there.

It sounds like the wall needs to be completely rebuilt. Do you have any pictures you can share?
