Hi, the main support beam in my bungalow needed some additional support to level the floors. My contractor poured three new concrete footings and installed jack posts. The concrete footing sits about 8-10 inches below the level of the dirt floor in the crawlspace. When it rains it fills with water and sometimes overflows into the crawlspace.
