StructuralEng : Where is column centered? Centered on 32' width puts it at 16', not 22'. Unless you mean to imply the beam is centered on the 32' dimension. Already implied by the 16' joists on both sides
StructuralEng : Assuming the 22' span, the beam is fine. About 5/8" deflection under full design load

StructuralEng : Footing is small. I would recommend a 5' square footing x 16" thick with (7)#5 bars each way 3" from the bottom
