The SAPS systems does not make provision for renewal outside of the time frame (90 days prior to expiry) and you stand a chance to loose your firearms if you do not act now.

Before you do anything, get in contact with an expert as suggested and let them help you to write a letter to the SAPS.  He might have to bring a court application to compel the SAPS to accept your renewal applications.  In most cases, if he believe there is good chances of success, you will also get a cost order that the SAPS has to pay your legal costs.
