If you have been summoned to appear in the Children's Court, you must appear!
Just remember that any affidavit / testimony can contain falsehoods or incorrect information. It is merely evidence that is submitted to a court.
You have the right to file your own affidavit / testimony setting out YOUR evidence.
It is then up to the Magistrate to decide which affidavit / testimony to believe, and why. This is how ALL court cases are run - so don't feel that what is happening is not normal.
You just need to explain why their affidavit if false, and what the truth of the matter is.
What you can do is to hire a lawyer to assist you in preparing your own affidavit now, before 27 July, or you can go to court on that date and ask the Magistrate for time to file your own affidavit. You must read the notice to see what you are required to do? Either attend court, or file your affidavit and then also attend court.
