Hi I was scammed by a trading company called Axe Capital Systems

No not yet I want to know how do I go about that especially if it's a trading company that's not in South Africa

In the interim, what outcome do you envision at this point based on what you've said above?

I see that Axe Capital Systems is a website that allows you to trade by buying and selling CFD and CFD-like options. Why do you think that they have scammed you? Please forgive the question, I just want to understand what happened.

Did you actually make the trades? Did you load money into your account there?

Did you make bad trades and you ended up losing money?

it's a trading company. No I did not make bad trade. The problem is that they don't allow me to make withdrawals it was suppose to be a short term investment. Their withdrawal policy say that it will be the same as way as you deposit money now they say the South African Reserve Bank is blocking the transaction. I phone the SARB they say they can't block these currency changing.

It's a trading account which run on act trader. I've note that after my last deposit a 27935 was withdrawal and a bonus of 28200 was put back into account. I think that that wS just for me to not ask anything

How did you invest the money? Did you make an EFT into Axe's account? If so, in which country was the account in? Or did they run a charge on your credit card?

Can I assume that it was in the Axe Sprint investment?

Has the 3 month term expired?

Are you due to be able to withdraw your investment now?

If the client receives a response which does not satisfy him, he has the right to ask Support to escalate the complaint to the Compliance Department. All clients shall provide the following details when submitting their complaints via email:

E-mail to***@******.***.
The client’s name and surname.
The clients trading account number.
The identification numbers of the relevant orders and positions (if applicable).
The date that the issue arose and the description of the issue.
The capital and the value of the financial assets which belong to the client.
Reference of any correspondent exchanged between the Company and the client.
