I have resigned from my company and was due increase from 1

Customer Question

Hi, I have resigned from my company and was due for an increase from 1 October 2015. However the company is only paying the differential in Dec 2015 and they say I am not entitled to the increase for the 2 months that I was under their employ?

Good Morning.

Is the company obligated in their contract with you to give you a raise from the date you mentioned?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Annual increases are effective every year on 1 October and with my rating of meet expectation that entitles me to atleast an inflationary increase.

What is the amount that you are going to be paid short?
