Good day I have a creditor who continuously is harassing me

Customer Question

Good day
I have a creditor who continuously is harassing me accusing me that I owe him money. After several timeously reconciliations already since 2013, only to find out my payments were not allocated correctly on his side. He still insists that I owe him one unrealistic amount and I have the realistic amount corresponding with all my invoices received and payments made to him. In addition to this we never sign any form of confirmation that we receive these goods on delivery, as we have been in a so I thought trusting business relationship for over 35 years. So if I wanted to be really nasty which I am NOT, I can turn around and say "Sorry.... I did not receive anything from you". I have responded to all his demands despite taking longer than usual as I am recovering from several surgeries after a car accident which he now accuses me of ignorance after explaining to him I needed time to re check.....and now says he is going to take legal action against me. Where do I stand with this please and what are my rights?

Good afternoon. Do you (according to you, not according to him) still owe him anything?
