I have a complaint against a company in Cape Town, I don't know its name. In 2015 I bought a machine from them, they claimed the machine heals all sickness. I paid R 600+ through debit orders. At the time they told me the machine is eligible for service after a year. During that time 8 months later the machine was not working properly, when I tried to contact them I could not trace them but I continued paying until 2019 when I lost my job. All this happens whilst I am not getting update or monthly statements to show how much I am owing. When I calculated all monies paid to them it is more than R40 000.
