I bought a used Audi A1 1.4 TFSI S Line from Audi Centurion.

I was told that the vehicle is in imaculate condition and the price it was being sold at was very good . Reason for that being that it was a 2011 model. still paid R280 000 for a vehicle that i have had for 2 weeks and looks brand new but isnt?! I was under the understanding that any repairs that were done should have disclosed? now it is already giving problems and on the second weekend i have it, it is in for repairs! repairs to a radiator, one of the so called "replaced" parts! i want the car they told me i was getting, not one that i would never have bought had i known it hhas been in an accident

Yes, that is correct. I knew it was a second hand vehicle, but they presented it as a good as new car with all the extras as well as low mileage - a great deal - which it is. But, they never disclosed the repairs that were done after the vehicle was in an accident. They still deny that it was ever in an accident - even though I have the receipt for the new parts that have been fitted (radiator, front lights, bumper). I would never have bought a vehicle that has been in an accident. I have now like I said, had it for 2 weeks and it's in their workshop. The receipt clearly states that they - Audi Centurion did the repairs themselves.

Not when I bought it - assumed that should there be a history i.e. accident, repairs etc. that they would disclose it before signing the papers.

If I hadn't by accident discovered the receipt stating repairs done to the vehicle I would have been none the wiser.

When I inquired regarding repairs that had been performed they said that they only have record of the replacing the radiator - not the bumper & lights so according to them it had never been in an accident.

Black on white proof states otherwise...
