Is this for debt that existed prior to the divorce or debt that was incurred after the divorce?
Unfortunately, you will be liable for all the debt that the common estate had. In other words, all the debt that you and your ex husband incurred during the marriage, up and until the divorce. Your personal estate will be open for attachment for that debt that has not yet become prescribed.
I unfortunately do not have enough information to tell you whether they will apply to have you liquidated. If you have fixed assets, maybe sequestrations is something that you should investigate yourself.
