Then they send me a new shareholders certificate showing that the 2 of them has resigned each 33.33 shareholding, and on the same date 1 March 2020, ABLabs their Company, was registered as majority shareholder with 67% shares. I was not present for minutes of meeting, special resolsion or consent of all shareholders they kept the information deliberatelycaway from me is this legal considering my rights?
