What is the process for Voluntary liquidation once the papers

Customer Question

What is the process for Voluntary liquidation once the papers have been submitted to Pretoria and what is the time line?

You must lodge your application in a period of not more 30 days and not less than 15 days from the date on which you have submitted the documents to the master's office. I would advice that you consult the attorney as you may not move the application for liquidation in the High Court unless you are an addmitted attorney or advocate.
