Thank you for your time and patience while I compiled the information below.

You may add a payment method to your Google account on the page linked directly below:

Click here: https://play.google.com/store/account/paymentmethods

After you add the payment method, you must choose it as the 'default' payment method if that is what you want to do. Otherwise, when you choose "Google Pay", you can edit it before the payment is made.

If you are using a computer, you can update the payment method on this page: https://secure.facebook.com/facebook_pay/?referrer=settings

On the Facebook app, tap the triple-lined button and choose "Settings & Privacy".

Tap Settings, tap Payments, tap "Facebook Pay", tap the "Add payment method" link and enter your new payment method.

Once that is complete, be sure to set the correct payment method up as default.

- On the aforementioned page, sign into your account if not already signed in.
