In short, you may remove that alert screen by pushing the power button on the computer with your finger for 15 seconds and turning it back on.
You are dealing with a hacker or scammer. What you see on the screen is not true. It is a fake alert screen posted by criminal hackers, in order to try and fool you with the goal of ripping you off.
You may simply remove that fake alert screen by pushing the power button on the computer for 15 seconds and turning it back on. Did you allow those criminals any access to your computer remotely or did you give them any banking information? If you did give them remote access, your computer may now be in danger, which I can help with. If you did give them any banking information, you should contact your bank as soon as possible and explain the situation to them.
The people contacting you are not who they say they are. Some people call them "scammers" while some call them "hijackers". I for one, call them "Criminals". They are trying to fool you into paying them for services or software that you don't need. Oftentimes, they may even ask to remotely connect to your computer so that they can lock your system and demand payment before unlocking it. In short, you can ignore those people and demand that they stop calling.
That is a very common ploy that scammer criminals will use. These people will call you, masquerading as Microsoft Techs, HP techs, or some other type of techs. They will then do their best to make you believe that you require their help in the way of remote support, customer support, software support, or something of the like. In the end, if you fall for it, you will be out hundreds of dollars.
As a reminder, if you gave the scammer any banking information, please contact your bank as soon as possible and report the scam so that they can block the payment to them. Also, you may wish to consider contacting your local authorities and reporting this crime, if any payment was made.
