I purchased a ticket from deltas website, they passed it to some esky, 3 mins later I decided to cancel the flight. Based on Delta's policy I should have gotten a full refund. I didn't get a confirmation of the cancellation so I figured the flight was still active. 5 days later I get to the airport and find out that my flights have been cancelled.
