I've already contacted Just Answer thru Citi bank credit card but didn't get any where. We are spectrum internet customers. Spectrum and agreed to sign up for 2 iPhone 7's. they appeared very cheaply made and sent them back without turning them on. W4e had problems getting a return label so customer service mailed me one. We never got anything in writing except for 2 no reply e mails stating that we were not getting a refund and that the phones were either damaged or no cancellation was received. Our dispute was approved by Citi bank a few months ago. Now we received a letter from citi bank stating our dispute was cancelled. After trying to call the dispute center 9 times, I gave up.
