4/2/28/20. Dear Amazon, This is difficult to do online, but I understand there is no phone call available. I haver ordered an immense number of items over Amazon since I have been self-isolating since mid-March and am grateful to Amazon. However, 18 items have not arrived, that have a total cost of $1,127.23. Most of these items have been ordered in March and April. Some are not possible to track. A few on the way, but it's been weeks. I need to have all that money refunded, as this is a time when I can't afford to lose any money and especially not over $1,000! So I am hoping you can go over over item by item with me this morning and ensure I can get a refund. I don't want to miss the May 31 date that has been set for refunds during this COVID time period.
