Hi Pearl - I have an accounting problem. When I go into my account site online, I am told that my automatic renewal has not been paid. This is surprising because I received an email from Microsoft on 5th October 2018 to confirm that my automatic subscription had been 'successfully renewed'. Renewal for AU$129 also appears in my Home billing history, dated 10/7/2018. Since I no longer live in Australia, it may be that the Australian MasterCard I paid with has been suspended. I now live in France and would like to change my system of payment, using a UK NatWest Mastercard. So, two questions: first, is my payment up to date or not?
