My Answer Desk Assure subscription on was renewed on December 02, 2017 and is currnetly active.A close relative, Peggy Rooney, is a writer who uses Microsoft Word for composing and saving her work. She has a monthly subscription to Office365 which she has kept current. Recently her computer disk failed and is not recoverable, so I am setting up a new computer for her with Windows 10. I have downloaded the current version of Office from the Microsoft webite in hopes of her being able to continue her work on the new computer. However, she no longer has access to her Word documents.Apparently with Office365, her documents were stored on a OneDrive server, to which she does not have access on her new computer. She does not recall any ID or Password ***** that may be associated with her account since it was not necessary to enter them when using Word previously.Please tell me how to access her documents on the new computer.
