Pretty sure you have a virus and the number you have been given is a false one. An HP Office Jet is a printer.

And reset/restart the computer, power it off, then back on, and run a virus scan. Also, dont forget to rate. Turn off that printer while all of this is going on, turn it back on once the computer is not having dementia.
