I was on FB...

I was on FB how to contact them or security emails they sent me shows one to me on May 21, 2018 that an email was sent to me with an account recovery code. I did not receive it. I just today changed my password ***** I think I was hacked

Technician's Assistant: How's your internet connection? Are you checking your email from a browser or a mail client (e.g. Outlook)?

From desktop computer so I guess broser

Technician's Assistant: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from receiving mail?

I have MacAfee I did get the emails about changing my password
