If you think your McAfee LiveSafe subscription should not have expired, follow these steps:

  1. Go to home.mcafee.com.
  2. Click My Account.
  3. Click Sign In.
  4. Type in:
    • The email address for your McAfee account.
    • The password ***** your McAfee account.
  5. Click Log in.
  6. Under My Account, select the computer running your McAfee software.
  7. Make a note of the subscription information shown.
  8. Open your McAfee product.
  9. Click Your Subscription.
  10. Verify that the Expiration Date and email addresses match those shown in your My Account page.
