My name is***** should be able to attach the file by clicking on the right button in the toolbar of the message editor window. I have never been on the customer side so I am just assuming. What operating system is it?

I am assuming that the failure has to do with not being able to query the warranty server. The Lenovo support web indicates that there has a problem with the solution center at one point. You can download the latest solution center for 32bit Windows at

https://download.lenovo.com/pccbbs/thinkvantage_en/lscsetup_x86_36002.exe

There is none listed for 64bit Windows so it should work.

Please let me know if this update fixed the issue.
