We now have very few files in it.

When we tried to open or paste files from our wi fi server to dropbox they are either incomplete or not there at all

If you access Dropbox through a web browser such as Internet Explorer, Safari or Chrome, clear the temporary Internet files and then shutdown and startup the web browser and connect again to Dropbox. Clearing the temporary Internet file cache will force the web browser to refresh and display the most current information about your Dropbox account so all the files will once again display.

If you need instructions on how to clear the temporary Internet file cache just let me know the name of the web browser you are using.
