Hi Pearl. I have a complaint. It is minor but annoying and relates to your McAfee security provider. I'm a subscriber to DailyGood, an offering from servicespace.org . For the last couple of months or so, McAfee has been tagging my daily DailyGood email as "SPAM" and putting it in my "McAfee Anti-Spam" file. In my opinion, DailyGood is definitely not SPAM and I resent it being classified as such. I don't know if you can make this stop, but I would appreciate you registering my annoyance with the good folks at McAfee. Thanks.

Where do I find that? I know I should know, but I'm not my smarter younger brothers.

Technician's Assistant: The Software Technician will be able to walk you through that. When did you last update your McAfee software?

Again, no clue. I was using a different security provider for a while, but switched to McAfee several years ago. Probably presumed updates would happen automatically.

Josh, I agree, the referral appears to be a mistake. Given the nature of my "complaint", I suspected the referral was a mistake shortly after I found myself at your site. I'm not impressed re: how this was handled by my IPS's online customer service rep.
