Lately after saving my photoshop files, when I got to open them again, if says "Could not complete your request because of a program error." How do I fix this?

Technician's Assistant: When could you last open your Photoshop?

Photoshop opens up, just some of the files don't under error. This started about a few weeks ago

My OS, yes. I have a mac pro

Any files that I can open up now and then save changes, end up getting the program error when I want to open them up again.
