To cancel your subscription, contact Digital River Customer Service : To file a request:

  • On the Customer Service page, enter your order number and your password. You can find these details in the confirmation email you received after purchasing Kaspersky Total Security.
  • As an option, you can leave the Order number field blank; instead, fill out the fields Please enter your email address and Please verify your email address. The email address must match the one you specified when you were placing the order.
  • In the field Please select a subject, select Subscription Request.
  • In the field More Specifically, select Please cancel auto-renew on my subscription.
  • Click Send E-mail.

Or :

  • go to the findmyorder page, enter your order number and your password.
  • Click Find.
  • On the Order details page, click Cancel.

Note : if you are unable to find your order using your email address and last 5 digits of your credit card, please look up your order using your order number and password. If you forgot your password ***** here
