I initiated a reset of your account and reset procedures will now be sent to your Gmail account. Please check your Gmail account and follow the procedures to access your Bluemountain account. This is the results shown to me:

"If the email address you entered***@******.*** is associated with a customer account in our records, you will receive an email from us about your account. This email may take up to an hour to reach your inbox, please also check your junk mail folder."

So it can take an hour or more for the said email to arrive on your Gmail. So please monitor. Also check the Spam or Junk folder since the said email could be sent there.
