I dont even have an answer yet, Your company keeps sending Payment Error message,.and my CC company says it has already paid $43 and now declined a 2nd charge of $39. What,s up?

Hi,

My first suggestions:

1.In Outlook go to the hotmail acount inbox. Select menu folder and then in the ribbon click the recover deleted items button.

2. If that is not working, click on Menu file, then Account Settings>Account Settings. In the dialog, select the Data Files tab, remember the location of the file that holds the mail.

Usually in C:\Users\<profile name>\Documents\Outlook Files

See if there is an older copy. If not check your computer backups or old hard drives for a version of this file.
