I have been shut out of netflix my previous password ***** - I think - #John1970. I am a klutz with passwords - how do I retrieve it and get back in

Technician's Assistant: What device or product does this involve?

I use an apple computer. Netflix is connected to my computer and my TV

Technician's Assistant: What kind of Apple device do you have? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

I have a Macbook Air

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your MacBook Air? What have you tried so far?

Just the past hour or so. I have tried getting an email from Netflix to change my password ***** then gone back to my TV to do this but no joy
