Technician's Assistant: What HP model do you have? And the Operating System (OS)?

T all. Error message on blue screen says stopcode:inaccessible boot device. Cannot get past that. Help please

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your HP? What have you tried so far?

I was out of town. When I tried to start desktop Mar 9, got the stop code error message.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

I have Windows 10 on my desk top. Am not a computer techie.

Unfortunately, if you cannot get to Windows, remotely accessing will not work either. Your "boot disk" is the Hard Drive, and if that is inaccessible, then you need a new one.
