When I try to print a document I get this message:

Technician's Assistant: How are you connecting to your printer: wirelessly or by USB?

When I try to print, I get this message, either file does not exist, you do not have permission or the file maybe in use another application. How do I fix so I can print

Technician's Assistant: The Mac Technician will be able to walk you through that. When did you last update the printer driver software?

I have not. but not all documents give me that message, some i can print.
