Quot;I can't find my product code for Word 16. I was running this version of Word on my old computer. I tranfered the contents of my old computer to a new one using LapLink. It now tells me that I ned to activate Word 16 Word"

Only that I had been using Word 16 and now it says I need to activate it. I purchased this version of Word from Microsoft on the net and so do not have the product code. Please pass my phone number of (###) ###-####onto the tech. I have spoken w and was working with three different of your tech's including one who said he would phone me if we lost connection. We di and none of them phoned me, so I am trying again today.
