Hi, my laptop is going through all its Norton updates, and is so slow all the time that I'm very disappointed in the fact that I'm using my desktop rather than the laptop, because I wouldn't even be able to get to you with the laptop. It was suggested at a computer store I visited that it may be very slow because of the Norton AV, or bloatware that I don't really need.

One I purchased at Staples. I'm looking at the product that I have in front of me, but I'm not sure. I have the same product on my mobile, and on this pc, but never run into this problem with them

Slowness is the main problem, and it's so slow, that I don't even end up using it. Rather expensive to have it sitting on the shelf
