I'm am having problems with aol connecting with my outlook on my pc

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update Outlook?

My pc did an update today

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Software Expert to know before I connect you?

I just spend an hour on line with Dell tech support they tried to help but couldn't fix the issue. There were able to test using POP but it wouldn't work with IMAP
