I have tried several times to reset my MS password, including completing the online questionnaire which always comes back as insufficient information.

Technician's Assistant: What exactly are you having trouble accessing?

I am unable to log on to my account.

Technician's Assistant: What's the brand and model of your computer? And the Operating System (OS)?

Dell Inspiron 17, 5000 series. not sure of the OS
