My computer stated "application has requested to terminate it in an unusual way". There were other comments on the screen.

Technician's Assistant: Which software or app can I help with?

There was mention on the screen of "application has requested to terminate it an unusual way". There was other information on the screen as well.

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your software?

My computer is in a critical condition. I have not been able to successfully turn it on after several attempts.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Software Expert to know before I connect you?

While it was still of some use I have not been able to start up KAspersky for abou 3 weeks.

I did not ask for Secure Remote Assistance. I am not satisfied, and wish to make no further payment. There is nothing in your reply to suggest you have comprehended the severity of the problem. I am now convinced that a hands on solution is the only possible way forward, and wish to stop dealing with Just Answer immediately. D.A.S.
