I'm trying to download Adobe Reader. Two times I have received a message that a higher level was found and I could not download it. I have a new iMac OS 10.13.2.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update your Adobe Reader?

I just tried a few minutes ago. This new computer was a Christmas gift.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Software Expert to know before I connect you?

Please click on the Finder icon (first icon at the bottom dock), and then click on the GO menu at the top, and then click APPLICATIONS.

In the Applications window, do you see Adobe Reader already listed? If so, are you able to open and use it now?

I see the icon, and will now try once again to print a document that said I needed Adobe Reader.
