Corrupt files in windows 7 is stopping me from getting tech support into my computer. It will not allow hook up

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your computer? What have you tried so far?

A good while now. Was on the phone with tech support from Webroot for two hours and he checked for corrupt files and found them on DOS

Technician's Assistant: Which Webroot product do you have?

Webroot for internet security

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your Webroot software?

Cant try nothing it will not accept activation key

That is one of the problems no one can connect yo my system. Something is blocking it. I also found out I have corrupt files on a dos search he led me through. O just don't want to pay 39 dollars and find out You can't get on either
