So, on your Windows desktop, not with any other window open, like a browser, you want to put an icon on the task bar, so you can launch a program from there. Is this correct? What program is it that you want the icon for?

The first way to try is to follow these steps:

Go to the "RoboForm -> Options -> General" section and check "Show RoboForm Icon in Taskbar" and "Start RoboForm on Windows Startup" respectively.

Let me know if that works and if needed, we can try other ways.
