When i try to...

When i try to log on to ourtime.com, a return code of 404 comes up and then directs me to ourtime.co.uk. i have signed up for ourtim and paid for it.

Technician's Assistant: What exactly are you having trouble accessing?

I want access to *****: What's the brand and model of your computer? And the Operating System (OS)?

What difference does that make. you let me charge it. why does it send me to a ourtime.co.uk

Technician's Assistant: The Computer Technician will be able to walk you through that. How long has this been going on with your computer? What have you tried so far?

I just signed up yesterday. no matter what I try (so far) i go to co.uk
