The reset password ***** is not working for my Adobe Creative Cloud account. It won't take any new password.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update your Creative Cloud?

The old password *****'t work yesterday, so I reset it. Seemed to work ok. But now does not work and the reset does not work either.
