I have a question regarding a download of Webroot which is not going well.

Technician's Assistant: Which Webroot product do you have?

Webroot secure anywhere internet security for 3 device 1 year plus subscription and Webroot security plus software installation CD

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your Secure Anywhere?

Downloaded Installation and done computer scans, not getting indicators for next steps (giving Key code).

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Software Expert to know before I connect you?

I had this installed by Best Buy several times over the past 2 years prior and delayed renewal till after deadline. Don't know if this is why
