My last update for windows 10 failed to load properly. Now my PC will not boot-up. I need a windows operating disk. My product key for the one that failed is: W79D3-CKV38-TBPJD-GF4VM-WQ67T. Please advise.

Customer: The PC will not startup at all. It won't boot
