I'm a current paid member of Zoosk. I can't log into my account using my email address which I've used with you for years. Zoosk is saying they are trying to send me email but it's being returned. As I can't log in I can't do anything.

Technician's Assistant: What Operating System (OS) are you running on your computer or device?

I haven't changed my computer or my mobile phone. I've got the same problem no matter what I do

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update your Zoosk software?

I can't recall but I don't think it was this year. This problem only started a few days ago

Hi,
I've spent hour/s trying to reset my password ***** because I can't log in I can't change it. Zoosk is saying it's sending me emails which are being return. I've been a paid member of Zoosk for years and I haven't changed my email

My Zoosk account has never had an issue up until the last few days. I can't log in using my mobile app or my computer. The issue is clearly at your end.

We have no access to Zoosk databases, that is why my answer is to contact them directly using the form I provided
