I have signed up for premier, and I am having a hard time getting premier movies, it blocks me out

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update Premier?

I had it checked a yesterday, it has stated i am already a premier customer. do I have to increase my monthy statement?

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your Premier?

There are a couple movies(unable to recall now) I wanted to see, then the icon comes up saying I have to get premier.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Software Expert to know before I connect you?

No. I look on the movies on my fire kindle.I am a avid fan of drama fever..sometime i get frustrated.
