Surface PRO 4 With Windows and Office 365

I have not been able to successfully use my Surface Pro 4 since I purchased it in June. I have never had Microsoft Outlook work.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

I'd like to sync up my outlook contacts and emails and files with my laptop. I know I can save to One Drive but find I need to save again to my PC so not sure how one drive is helping me. I'd like to use my Surface Pro 4 more
