I am having McAfee Antivirus program installed on my computer but the gentleman said I have some "pending Windows Updates" that need to be done first. I thought all my updates were automatic.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update McAfee AntiVirus?

Actually, it somehow got uninstalled and realized that I had no protection. So I called McAfee to reinstall today. It was installed on August 7, 2017. I have not idea when it was uninstalled. They could go no further.

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your McAfee AntiVirus?

They took over on Remote Assist and tried to install.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Software Expert to know before I connect you?

Well, I AM technically challenged!
